Shipping
Free shipping for orders over $149.
All shipping via Australia Post, courier services can be used upon request.
All orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped that day any placed after this cut off will be processed the next day. Tracking provided with all orders to the email provided at checkout.
Express shipping is available. Postage costs calculated by customer location and parcel weight.
We ship to all across Australian and New Zealand. If you are in another location and would like to make a purchase please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote. Please contact us for more info

Payment
If you have placed an order and realise you have forgotten something just get in touch via phone or email and if the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet we can add it to the same parcel for you.
We accept payment via the Paypal portal where you can pay using your PayPal balance or your credit card. We also offer Afterpay at the checkout.
Once you've added items to your cart you will need to check the terms and conditions box and click 'Change or Complete Purchase'. You'll see a shopping bag icon to the left of the header, click the icon and you'll be taken to your cart where you can edit quantities or remove items.
Returns
Any faulty or damaged products will be refunded if returned within 30 days if returned in their original packaging and unopened with the proof of purchase.
If you have any items you wish to return the items should be posted to 52-70 Sparks Avenue, Fairfield VIC 3078 with the proof of purchase, once received your refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email.
Unfortunately there are no refunds for change of mind purchases, we do try to be flexible and may be able to arrange an alternative so please contact us via phone or email.
Please note that refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products, not damaged packaging. We do try our best to package your items to keep them protected during transit however sometimes packaging may become damaged.
About
At the moment we don’t have a location where you can browse our product range and shop in-store. If you live in Melbourne you can place an order for pick up and we will contact you when the order is ready.
